Please join me in Love, water and fire for this series of Bathtub Rituals for Self-Love. Come celebrate your own transitions and growth, embrace your sacred sensuality and creativity, and empower your divine body! 
We will honor the Goddess Aphrodite and call in her powerful, playful, passion.

Ritual timing: About an hour

Ritual options: full ritual bath for whole body or partial ritual bath for feet 

Ritual Ingredients:
  • Candles (& a lighter)
  • Epsom salts/bath salts and/or bubble bath
  • fresh flowers, flower petals, rose water, essential oils poured into the water
  • crystals in or around your bath
  • Sweet Treat (think: honey, cakes, cookies, seasonal fruits, chocolate or whatever is yummy to you)
  • Libation in a chalice (think: high quality water, favorite tea, fruit juice or vino) 
  • a sumptuous towel/bathrobe
  • natural oil (olive, coconut, avocado, etc...) to rub on your body or feet and legs
You want things that are sensual to you, that make you feel good, and maybe even sexy!

Set Up Instructions:
  1. Set up your laptop or phone on a stool nearby so that only as much of you is visible as you want
  2. Get all your items set up (make sure you have it all within arms reach including libations)
  3. Run your bath and add all the ingredients you desire.
  4. Light your candles
  5. Enter the bath
  6. Join the Zoom Meeting (link to be delivered via email after your payment is made)

What we will do together:
  1. Cast the Circle so you are between the worlds of time and space where darkness and light are mixed - so only the good remains within the circle
  2. Sing this song to call in the directions/elements to your body. 
  3. Call in Aphrodite and feel her embrace for center/spirit
  4. Look at yourself with fresh eyes, discovering your body anew
  5. Grieve losses and traumas 
  6. Hold yourself, and let the water hold you. Comfort yourself, hug yourself, lay healing hands upon yourself.
  7. Soak, play, enjoy - and share something you love about yourself physically and etherically.
  8. Say drink & food Blessings. Indulge in your snacks.
  9. Express gratitude to Aphrodite and all elements.
  10. Say "As above, so below. As within, so without. Stay if you will, go if you must, with love and trust. The circle is open, but unbroken. Merry meet, merry part. And merry meet again."
