HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
  1. ​Open the Handbook document.
  2. Open the Video Guide document and click the Link to open Video Folder.
  3. Print or download your own copy of the Workbook. 
  4. You will find you need 3 separate tabs open - Handbook, Videos, and Workbook.
  5. Now you are ready to begin by watching the first Video. Pause when instructed.
  6. Then move between the Video, Handbook, and Workbook.
  7. When you see a questionnaire or writing exercise in the Handbook, there will be a correlating version in the workbook.
  8. Schedule Your Private Session with me if you chose to include that in your purchase.
