HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
- Open this Folder (and save it to your Google Drive for future reference).
- Open the Handbook document.
- Open the Video Guide document and click the Link to open Video Folder.
- Make your own copy of the Workbook. Please do NOT use the Original!
- You will find you need 3 separate tabs open - Handbook, Videos, and YOUR Workbook copy you've created.
- Now you are ready to begin by watching the first Video. Pause when instructed.
- Then move between the Video, Handbook, and Workbook.
- When you see a questionnaire or writing exercise in the Handbook, there will be a correlating version in the workbook which you can type into.
- When you've completed all 3 pieces, please email your Workbook to sashazeilig@gmail.com so I can read over it to get to know you better before we meet.
- Schedule Your Private Session with me if you chose to include that in your purchase and feel it will bring more value to you.
