"I approve of myself"

This is our mantra and our practice for the next 2 weeks.

Accept where and who you are and the choices that you make. Simply approve of them and see what happens.

I think you'll find that you are two sides of the same coin and with the bad also comes the good. 

It's okay. Honor yourself.
