When I first started coaching, I was anxious, unconfident, and drained from trying to fix, change, and solve my client’s problems. It was stressful thinking I was supposed to have all the right answers. Sometimes it was even boring… until I realized, all I needed to do was ask the right questions… Over the course of 7 years, I developed this practice combining my 20+ years of training in dramatherapy, energy healing, magickal practices, and organic movement

I also healed my Inner Child and created my inner Zaddy (Zen+Daddy) who soothes and supports her. I found  my magical Unicorn who guides, protects and aligns me to be in the right place at the right time. When I finally started listening to my two hilarious Scottish Sisters, instantly, I was able to speak in a perfect Scottish accent and stop making terrible choices in men. That's when I met the love of my life (and now that they no longer have to prevent me from all the wrong guys, they can focus on what they truly love, gardening). I also let my womb speak to me. Her name is Darling and she also calls everyone "Darling." She requests gentleness, kindness, and respect, something that for years was not a requirement, or even the norm for me. I discovered my Meeting Place where all parts of myself converge to converse so decisions can be easily made. I found my fountain of manifestation which calls what I want to me, allowing me to attract what I most desire.
