"I approve of myself" This is our mantra and our practice for the next 2 weeks. Accept where and who you are and the choices that you make. Simply approve of them and see what happens. I think you'll find that you are two sides of the same coin and with the bad also comes the good. It's okay. Honor yourself. Also included in the video are some suggestions for Spring Equinox Rituals. Do something today to set intentions and plant seeds that will honor balance and the coming light! Thanks for playing! xo, Ms. Sasha

When it comes to Hair it seems the grass is always greener... If we have curly hair, we use straighteners; if we have straight hair we use a curling iron. If we are balding we feel ashamed, if we have back hair we feel ashamed. I'm growing my hair out because I want to be able to love and accept myself in my NATURAL state. My hair is part of me. I love my curly thick locks on my head (people often compliment my head hair)... I'd like to feel the same about my leg hair. When I first started growing my pits I didn't like it, now I like it... a lot... but that was a year and a half long journey... and dealing with friends calling them "tarantulas." I'm hoping it will go the same way with my leg hair, that the longer I live with it, the more it will just feel normal to me to have it. I hope this inspires you to love and accept yourself more in someway too... whether it be hair or some other piece of yourself you find hard to accept. I believe that living my truth brings me my best life and fills me with my greatest good. This is why I also believe it is so important for us to accept ourselves in our natural state. Just being. Please post photos and tell stories about the hair you love, the hair you hate, and all the hair in between! Or share another way you're playworking on accepting/loving yourself. As always, thanks for playing! xo Song is Hair from "Hair" (by the original Broadway cast) #ComePlay #TruthorDareOnline #FridayChallenge #Acceptyourself Join the game and play now! |
