"I approve of myself" This is our mantra and our practice for the next 2 weeks. Accept where and who you are and the choices that you make. Simply approve of them and see what happens. I think you'll find that you are two sides of the same coin and with the bad also comes the good. It's okay. Honor yourself. We will be sending a mantra every Monday to help you manifest your truest self, greatest good and best life. We suggest you write this mantra on a post-it on the mirror where it is visible when you look at yourself. Repeat this mantra 3-10 times a day for the next week. I am abundant Practices for feeling abundant: DANCE!!! Do a-bun-dance. Literally, shake your booty! Dancing is good for the soul and body!! At the end of the day, make a list of all the things you are grateful for. Notice the beauty all around you. Notice the gifts that come to you via a bird's song, a cool breeze, a warm cup of tea, a $20 bill you find on the ground, something sweet someone does for you... the gifts are all around us! Again, being abundant is about feeling abundant as like attracts like. Your inner value effects your outer value. Make sure your prices and choices reflect and honor your inherent worth. Do things, wear things, make things, eat things that make you feel juicy, lush, and regal. Could a billionaire do what you do? Doubtful... because that billionaire is NOT you! Your gift is unique to you. You are the only one capable of providing your gift to the world. Know that you are supplying the universe with an energy and existence that is unique to you. Be proud of all you are, in abundance. If you have a home alter, put money on the alter. Use purple colors to enhance your fung shui for prosperity. |
